Important usages Tips that need your attention:Â
1) Please make sure that the size of the loaded thermal labels, the print settings on devices, and the printed labels file are completely the same.Â
2)  Please press and hold the green feeder button until you hear one short beep anytime you change your label size. The step is to used to identify and calibrate new label sizes. It can also help to fix problems when the printer outputs blank labels.Â
Bluetooth connection: The indicator will flash green when Bluetooth is connected successfully.Â
1)For Android: Download the APP" FBA Print" on Google Play, install and run to pair Bluetooth when the printer is on. Please allow the APP to access the location and storage of your smartphone when you connect it the first time. If your file labels are downloaded from eBay, please select file label 4"x6" instead of 8x11.5" to print. It is incompatible with the Samsung Galaxy series.
2)For iPhone: Download the APP" FBA Print" on the App Store, install and run to pair Bluetooth when the printer is on. Because of the limit of iOS, the APP cannot import a PDF file from your phone directly but you can send the file to the APP via social software, like Skype, Facebook, etc.Â
3)Â For iPad:Â The same connection as iPhone, after running the App, please place the iPad vertically to print.Â
4)The Printer is compatible with Mac OS X v10.9or later but its Bluetooth is incompatible with MacBook. Please print with a USB cable connected if your device is a MacBook.Â
