Q. Can not set up with your Mac computer?
A: If there is a error ‘pkg’can’t be opened because it is from undentified developer when installing the driver, please follow the steps below to allow the macOS to finish the installation.
(1) Go to the Security & privacy
(2) Select to allow the 'prt.driver.pkg' in the option pointed. Then you can install the printer driver.
(3)For more information you can refer to User Manual page53, which in U-disk
Q. Why i am printing blank labels?
It means the printer didn't remember the label size correctly. Please operate by following steps.
(1)Turn on Press FEED button and hold on;
(2) Release your finger when the FEED light is blue and keep right all the time. Then, the printer is ready for printing.
