Q: How to use this webcam to take photo?

A: You can press the photo button on the side of the camera, and select the “file” to “ setup photo catalog” on the AMCAP software.

Q: Can the webcam be turned?

A: Can be rotated manually, 360 degrees horizontally and 30 degrees vertically

Q: Why doesn't the image look like 1080P ?

A: The camera itself is actually 1080P but some video call software will compress the video quality. If you use Zoom software, please go to software setting page --- video setting --- check "Enable HD" option and save it. It will improve the image quality.

Note

1.The webcam compatible with all operation system, based on the latest version of Skype official website. Some version of Skype are download from Windows app store or win10 system which cannot output our H.264 Coded video format. If you have the problem by using Skype, please download the latest version of Skype on the official website.

2.This product uses a HiSilicon chip that requires high voltage. It is recommended that you try more USB ports. Desktop computers must use the USB port on the back of the host.

3.Using other software please set up to using external webcam, or it would be operate as internal camera. For example, please run Facetime, click video setup, select to use “USB Live Camera audio Devi”

4.If you want to video chat, you need only turn on the power and using your Skype. If you want to recording, We suggest you download OBS Studio.activate the device of USB Live Camera.
