Q1 Can this be used with any other iPhone cases out there?

A1 This car mount wireless charger is exclusive to all iPhone 12 models without cases and cases that are compatible with MagSafe.

Q2 Will this charge smartphones other than iPhone 12?

A2 We strongly recommend to pair with iPhone 12 models and compatible with MagSafe cases as they feature a magnetic ring on the back in order to be held up on the charger

Q3 When I turn off the vehicle (car power), will the charger continue to charge the iPhone?

A3 No. The charger doesn’t come with internal battery. Hence, when there is no power, the charger will not deliver power to the iPhone

Q4 Does it come with a charging cable? (USB A to USB C)

A4 Yes. The package contains the wireless charger, the car air vent clamping mount, the suction cup mount, the USB charging cable and a quick guide

Q5 Does it come with a Car USB charger/adapter?

A5 No. The Car USB charger/adapter is not included

Q6 What is the point of wireless charging while I still need to plug in the mount?

A6 The phone is wirelessly charged through the mount, but you still need to draw external power via cable. You don't have to hook up your phone to a cable every time or worry about the port being damaged
