When you receive the jacks, if the following situations occur, please don't worry and kindly understand that :)

a.CASE DAMAGED: if the carrying case received is severely damaged, please contact the AFTER-SALE SERVICE for replacement.

b.LEAKING OIL: the jack is a hydraulic tool with hydraulic oil inside. A small amount of oil leakage will not affect the use. If there is an extensive oil leakage, do not use the jack and contact the AFTER-SALE SERVICE for replacement.

c.PAINT OFF: for environmental protection, the jack is made of water-based paint during production, which is environmentally friendly but slightly less viscous.

d.USED: each jack will be tested before shipment, so it has traces of once used.

e.CANNOT RETRACT: take a video and contact the AFTER-SALE SERVICE for replacement.
