The King Electric FCM125T is a 25 sq. ft. electric infloor heating mat from the FCM series. The unit is designed to be rolled out before installing stone, tile, laminated wood, or engineered wood floors. If you are looking for fast and simple installation, this model is the best option for you. Also, in order to accommodate different types of layouts, the King Electric FCM125T can be cut and flipped. The infloor heating mat comes in a prepackaged kit with a floor sensor and F802 GFCI thermostat.
