Using instruction:
Step 1:unscrew the head and insert the required collet.
Step 2:half tighten the chuck,then insert your drill bit or other device into the collet jaws.
Step 3:fully tighten the chuck head to secure the drill bit.
Step 4:place the palm of your hand over the top of the handle and use your finger tips to turn the central portion of the pin vise.
