A: A built-in 600mAh battery capacity won't allow your headphones power off, it takes 2-3 hours to fully charge each time.

Q: Battery life is shorter than expected.

A: Our ANC function has a separate switch and will consume power when turned on even if your headphones are off. Please turn off the ANC function when you don't use your headphones.

Q: The connection is unstable and inconsistent.
